Chongqing Guangxun Industrial Co., Ltd., formerly known as Chongqing Guangxun Information Engineering Co., Ltd., was established in March 2000 with a registered capital of RMB 20 million. It is a comprehensive construction enterprise integrating municipal public engineering, telecommunications engineering, intelligent building engineering, earthwork engineering, urban and road lighting engineering, and communication subscriber line construction. Since its establishment, the company has adhered to the quality policy of "strengthening quality management, promoting advanced technology, serving customers wholeheartedly, and honoring contracts to achieve excellence," and earnestly implemented the corporate philosophy of "people-oriented, honest operation." Through pioneering and continuous development, it passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification in July 2000. Over nearly ten years since its founding, the company has boldly explored and innovated in business expansion, accumulated rich experience in engineering construction and management, and mastered a series of advanced construction techniques and technologies. It has successively undertaken or participated in: road construction of the Wutong Road and the connecting section of Dahuang Road; construction of Caiyuanba Waitan Station and supporting works of Caiyuanba Interchange; supporting works of the road renovation from Daping to Lianglukou; comprehensive pipeline relocation for large interchange projects such as Hongqihegou Interchange, Chenjiaping Interchange, and Shipingqiao Interchange; intelligent integrated cabling projects for Guangsha City, Olympic Garden, Jiulongpo District Government and Yongchuan Municipal Government office buildings, and the Municipal Personnel Bureau office building; intelligent system engineering for the underground garage of Nanping Convention and Exhibition Center; and the "Village-to-Village" optical cable transmission construction project of China Mobile Chongqing Branch, among a large number of key municipal and communication engineering projects. It has won widespread praise from the industry and society and was awarded the title of "Advanced Unit in Quality and Integrity among Chongqing Communication Engineering Construction Enterprises" by the Chongqing Communications Administration. In 2006, it became a vice-chairman unit of the Chongqing Building Intelligent Engineering Professional Committee.
