凤台中电生物质发电有限公司于2015年12月2日正式注册成立，是国家电力投资集团公司（五大发电集团之一）所属中电国际新能源控股有限公司全资子公司。项目规划容量为1×130t／h 高温高压锅炉,配1×30MW 纯凝汽轮发电机组。该项目是安徽省淮南市凤台县重点招商引资项目，也是凤台县*个以农林生物质为燃料的新型绿色环保发电项目，具有较好的经济、生态和社会效益。项目计划2017年5月开工建设，2018年8月底前正式投运。
