任职资格：
1、相关专业本科及以上学历，10 年以上后端研发经验，其中 5 年以上供应链或财务系统架构设计经验，有大型企业级相关系统搭建经验者优先。；
2、具备扎实的 Java 编码能力和复杂业务系统架构设计能力，能在团队中承担技术决策角色；
3、精通 Java 及后端架构，熟悉供应链 / 财务领域常用技术栈，深入理解相关框架原理，熟悉相关数据库在高并发财务场景的优化策略。；
4、有供应链微服务体系、财务云原生改造经验者加分，具备中间件定制开发等相关经验者优先；
5、具备供应链 / 财务业务敏感度，能快速理解业务逻辑并转化为技术方案，有从 0 到 1 搭建相关中台经验者优先；
6、具备强烈的攻坚精神，有团队管理经验，具备良好的沟通协调能力与工程师素养。
