一、岗位职责
1、负责公司电商、供应链、IoT、数据平台等后端系统的设计、开发与维护，支撑全球业务与高并发访问。
2、参与需求分析、技术方案设计、接口定义与文档编写，保障系统可扩展性与稳定性。
3、负责核心业务逻辑开发、代码优化、性能调优，解决线上问题与故障。
4、参与微服务架构设计与落地，负责服务拆分、注册发现、限流熔断、链路追踪等。
5、与前端、测试、产品、运维协同，推动项目迭代与交付，保障代码质量与安全。
6、研究新技术、新框架，参与技术选型与架构演进，提升团队技术能力。
二、任职要求1. 基础与学历
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业。
2、5 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验，有电商、IoT、跨境系统开发经验优先。
3、Java 基础：精通 Java 8+，熟悉集合、多线程、IO/NIO、JVM 原理与调优，掌握常用设计模式。
4、框架：精通 Spring Boot、Spring MVC、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus；熟悉 Spring Cloud（Nacos、Sentinel、Gateway、Feign）或 Dubbo 微服务体系。
5、数据库：熟练 MySQL，掌握索引优化、SQL 调优、事务、分库分表；熟悉 Redis（缓存、分布式锁、消息队列）；了解 MongoDB、Elasticsearch 优先。
6、中间件：熟悉 RabbitMQ/Kafka、分布式任务调度、分布式事务方案；了解 Docker、K8s、CI/CD 优先。
7、工具：熟练 Git、Maven/Gradle、Linux 常用命令；会用 Arthas、JProfiler 等排查工具。
