Hubei Tiangong Architectural Survey and Design Co., Ltd. (formerly Enshi Prefecture Urban Planning and Architectural Design Institute, Enshi Autonomous Prefecture Tiangong Architectural Survey and Design Co., Ltd.) was established in 1983, restructured into a private joint-stock enterprise in 2006, and in March 2019, became a major member of the design sector of Huadelai Engineering Consulting (Group) Co., Ltd. The group company has multiple cost consulting, supervision, and design companies under its jurisdiction, with over 240 various national first-class registered personnel.
