5. 熟悉RocketMQ等消息中间件，了解其使用场景与常见问题处理；
6. 熟练使用MySQL、Elasticsearch、Redis，具备一定的数据库设计与调优能力；
7. 了解Docker容器化技术，有容器化部署经验者优先；
8. 责任心强，自驱好学，具备良好的沟通协作能力和团队意识。
