二、技术要求
1、学历及经验：本科及以上学历（计算机相关专业优先）；5 年以上 Java 软件开发经验，有金融相关或数据对接经验者优先。
2、Java 技术：掌握 Java 核心技术，熟悉多线程、集合框架、设计模式基础；了解 JVM 基本原理，有基础性能优化意识。
3、分布式与架构：了解分布式系统基础概念，能配合团队完成分布式相关功能开发与调试。
4、数据库技术：熟悉 MySQL、Redis 的使用与优化，了解 MongoDB 等非关系型数据库优先；具备高并发业务场景下的数据库设计与查询优化能力。
5、开源框架：熟练使用 Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis 等主流框架，熟悉openFeign、Dubbo、Kafka 等技术的基本使用场景，能快速上手项目所需技术。
6、工具与系统：熟悉 Linux 常用命令，具备基础的服务器问题排查能力；熟练使用 Git、Maven 等开发工具，了解 CI/CD 流程更佳。
