中国华电集团公司四川公司（以下简称公司）运行装机容量490.75万千瓦，固定资产226亿元。公司所属华电金沙江上游水电开发有限公司（以下简称金沙江公司）负责金沙江上游川藏段7级总装机容量868万千瓦水电站开发建设与管理，目前已组建岗托水电站、波罗水电站、叶巴滩水电站、巴塘水电站、挂哇水电站、苏洼龙水电站、昌波水电站等7个电站建设公司筹备处；四川华电木里河水电开发有限公司（以下简称木里河公司）负责四川省凉山彝族自治州木里藏族自治县境内木里河流域4级总装机容量115.7万千瓦水电站的建设管理与生产运营工作，目前已组建上通坝水电站、卡基娃水电站、俄公堡水电站、立洲水电站等四个电站建设分公司。
