林德大化（大连）气体有限公司是经德国林德集团与大连大化集团有限责任公司（以下简称大化集团）共同协商，于2012年5月28日在大化集团松木岛化工基地共同出资组建成立合资公司，双方投资比例各占50%，林德集团以现金投入，大化集团以空分设备作价，注册资本金2.3亿元（人民币），合资年限30年。
2017年8月股东增资4000万元，目前公司注册资金2.7亿元（人民币）。生产并销售气态氧、气态氮以及液态氧、液态氮、液态氩和液态二氧化碳、食品添加剂液态二氧化碳，危险货物运输（2类2项），并提供相关工程和技术服务。
