龙海一汽大众汽车销售服务店2002年8月成立，坐落于哈尔滨市道里区城乡路301号,2003年11月正式加入一汽大众销售、服务网络。公司总占地面积6800平米，展厅面积800平米，售后服务区2000平米，并具备2000平米的室内商品车储备库。公司现有正式员工190人，具备专科以上学历的占职工总数的70%以上，是一汽大众授权的具有整车销售、备件供应、售后服务、信息反馈四位一体的4S店。并增设二手车置换业务。主营一汽大众捷达、宝来、高尔夫、速腾、迈腾、CC等全系车型。
加入一汽-大众后的龙海公司，经过人员调整，技术队伍的壮大，经营理念的更新，使得销售量、服务车辆不断提高，建立起销售、服务、信息网络管理系统。在短暂的时间内创下了全年私家车突破3200台的省内历史记录。公司投入巨资引进先进的维修及检测设备，不断吸纳优秀人才，使公司树立了良好的社会形象。2007年龙海公司获得DIA黑龙江省内客户满意度*的好成绩，并在DMAT的第三方考核中取得优异的成绩。2008年销售和售后共同通过JDPower考核，取得CSS满意度黑龙江区*的好成绩。
