任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业，具有扎实的计算机基础理论知识；
2、3年Java开发的经验，java基础牢靠，熟悉多线程，NIO；
3、熟练使用Spring，Spring Boot，SpringMVC，Struts，MyBatis框架，阅读过源码优先；
4、熟悉基于数据库的设计和开发，熟练掌握mysql，oracle，sqlserver数据库中的一种，熟悉分布式事务处理框架原理和实现，对SQL优化有丰富的经验；
5、熟悉hbase、mogonDB，ES等非关系型数据库使用；
6、熟悉memcache、redis等缓存技术使用；
7、熟悉Linux操作系统和调优、熟悉JVM原理，做过JVM调优者优先；
8、思维缜密，责任心强，具有较强的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
