The laboratory is located at Jinrong Enterprise Park, No. 858 Purui West Road, Baishazhou Street, Wangcheng District, Changsha City, with a separate laboratory area of more than 852.86 square meters. The company currently has more than 60 employees, including 25 technicians, 6 engineers with intermediate professional titles or above, 3 assistant engineers, and 15 analytical technicians. Sampling and analysis personnel all work with certificates. On January 11, 2013, the Yonglan Laboratory obtained the CMA metrological accreditation qualification certificate issued by the Hunan Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. It has independent legal person status, can bear corresponding legal responsibilities, and is a third-party professional environmental testing service institution recognized by the government. The company mainly undertakes technical services such as environmental testing, environmental impact assessment, emergency response plans, and three-simultaneous acceptance. It is a comprehensive social environmental testing institution (first batch) certified by the Hunan Provincial Department of Environmental Protection for business capability, a permanent council member unit of the Hunan Environmental Protection Industry Association, and the executive vice president unit of the Hunan Public Health Environmental Testing Industry Association.
