青山永泰医院建于2016年9月，位于普安县青山镇，远离街上2公里，院内环境舒适安静，周边绿树青山，鸟语花香，是一所立足服务乡镇人民群众身体健康的综合性医院，是普安县城镇职工基本医疗保险、城乡居民基本医疗保险定点医疗机构。医院以“急危重病人救治为重点和中医骨伤为特色”，设有外科、内科、妇产科、儿科和中医科（康复理疗）五个临床科室，本着“以人为本、诚信服务、立足青山、回报社会”的宗旨，实行院科两级管理，重视人才培养，始终把社会效益放在首位。
