贵州铝厂位于贵州省贵阳市西北郊的白云区，地处川黔铁路和公路西侧。贵铝始建于1958年，原名贵州铝业公司，1965年更名为三0二厂，1972年更名为贵州铝厂。2001年9月，贵州铝厂作为中国铝业公司成员参与重组上市。2001年12月，中铝股份在境外成功上市，原贵州铝厂正式划分为贵州铝厂（存续）和中国铝业贵州分公司（上市）两个单位。贵铝现有从业人员3000余人，资产总额18.82亿元，净资产10.76亿元。2006年工业总产值3.46亿元，与2005年同期相比增长了28.20%。销售收入6.73亿元，与2005年同期相比增长了11.55%。利税3965.51万元，其中利润504.35万元，分别比2005年同期增长了40.38%和504.35%。
