本院是以中医骨伤科为特色的非营利性综合性医院，是如皋市医保、新型农村合作医疗定点医院。开设床位150张。现已成立骨科中心。另设内、外、妇、儿科，中医科、针炙科、皮肤科、五官科、肝胆病专科、呼吸病专科、胃病专科等科室。医院占地面积20余亩，拥有骨科中心大楼，有进口彩超、进口电子胃镜、CR、C型臂X光机、东芝22层CT等先进设备。本院按劳动保障部门要求，为每个职工缴纳了五险。有职工宿舍楼及职工食堂。六层现代化门急诊大楼即将完工。职工工作生活环境舒适，工资福利等待遇良好。
