岗位职责
1.参与业务系统的需求评审和可行性评估
2.负责业务系统技术方案设计和代码开发工作，编写系统的用户手册、安装手册、操作手册等软件说明文档
3.负责业务系统数据库架构、分布式软件架构设计、评审和性能调优
4.负责业务系统版本构建、发布、部署、线上故障定位和解决
5.参与软件开发流程的持续改进、质量优化和技术积累工作
岗位要求
1、计算机相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上应用开发经验
2、JAVA基础扎实，熟悉io、多线程、集合等基础框架，了解IoC、AOP等原理，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制，并具备生产环境java服务调优经验
3、熟练使用常用设计模式，并有自己的理解；良好的编码习惯，思路清晰，命名规范，逻辑性强。
4、熟悉Spring、mybatis、spring boot、spring cloud等，有微服务框架开发经验，Kafka，Redis、MQ、ES等中间件熟悉或精通
5、精通MySQL，熟练掌握SQL语句编写、索引优化、存储过程等技术，具备数据库设计和性能调优能力。
6、熟悉Linux/Unix系统命令操作和运用，及服务器环境安全维护
7、有良好的团队协作能力、沟通能力、团队合作精神、具有创业激情，能承受一定工作压力者
8、有移动支付开发经验优先
9、有前端Vue和小程序开发经验优先
10、有腾讯云和阿里云使用、运维经验优先
