岗位职责:
61 Product promotion in vascular intervention fields (cardiac intervention, neuro intervention, peripheral intervention), develop manage distributors, fulfill company tasks, including hospital admissions, sales, clinical usage.
61 在终端血管介入客户（心脏介入，神经介入，外周介入）进行产品推广，开发和管理经销商，完成公司要求的工作任务，包括入院、销售、临床使用。
61 Understcustomers’ needs; cooperate with marketing to prepare product promotion tools to our customers, so as to enhance the brawareness.
61 理解客户的需求;与市场部门合作，准备产品推广工具，提供给临床客户可靠的产品信息，提升品牌影响力。
61 Explore manage channels to ensure product admission sales.
61 拓展和管理渠道，确保产品的入院和上量。
61 Implement sales&marketing strategyganize the promotional activities in the region. Understprovincial MA policy cooperate with MA team fprovincial MA activities.
61 认真执行市场和销售策略，组织区域内市场推广活动。知晓区域内省级准入政策，和MA团队配合做好市场准入和价格工作
61 Collect analyze market information to understcompetitdynamics market trends, provide in-depth market feedback.

任职要求:
61 5+ years sales experience in healthcare industry，cardiac-specific experience is preferred
61 5年以上耗材或药品销售经验，心血管介入耗材经验优先考虑。
61 Good communication skills, excellent learning ability, execution capability, able to quickly adapt to changes in the market environment.
61 良好的沟通能力，良好的学习能力和执行力，能够快速适应市场环境变化；
61 Strictly comply with National laws regulations, EHS quality management system, abide by the company Code of Conduct, rules regulations. Ensure that all work behaviconform to companys compliance requirements.
