岗位职责:
MAIN DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
主要职责：
1. Co-ordinate with X-ray Business Manager other colleagues to achieve individual sales target.
与放射业务经理以及大区销售团队和其他同事做好良好的沟通协调，以达成或超过既定的个人销售指标。
2. Implement the target accounts according to the X-ray sales strategy plan.
根据放射产品销售策略和计划，实施于所负责的目标客户；
3. Develop new accounts keep solid relationship with existing accounts fX-ray products.
新用户的开发和培养，建立巩固的客群关系；
4. Collect products competitors information widely; provide support fthe business development of our company.
广泛搜集产品和竞争对手信息，为公司的业务发展提供支持；
5. Set up an effective sales network monitkey accounts to keep sales growth.
建立有效的销售网络并跟进主要客户以保持销售的持续增长。
任职要求:
REQUIREMENTS
要求：
1. College graduate, with majin clinical, pharmacy, diagnostic, science, other relevant subjects.
大学专科及以上，医学、药学或相关专业背景；
2. At least 3 years pharmaceutical medical appliances sales experiences.
3年以上大客户管理工作经验，有特药、专科药、高值耗材产品经验；
3. Strong ability to develop the new accounts.
较强的开发客户能力；
4. Sense of responsibility, diligent with high integrity，Team-work approach.
有责任心、勤奋、诚信，具有团队合作精神；
5. Good communication presentation skills.
良好的沟通以及语言表达能力；
6. Candidates with X-ray clinic experiences will be preferred.
具备放射临床销售经验的候选人，优先考虑。
