2、与业务团队配合，深度参与业务的产品需求讨论与功能定义；
3、设计良好的代码结构，不断迭代重构，提高代码扩展性，提升研发效率；
4、承担关键技术选型、难题攻关和新技术探索等相关工作，支撑业务高效、稳定迭代。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业出身，具备扎实的计算机基础；
2、拥有 5年及以上 Android 开发经验，具备扎实的编程功底、设计能力和良好的编程习惯，能够独立开发 Android APP；
3、熟练掌握 Java 开发语言，熟悉 Android SDK，熟悉 Android 的 UI/网络/数据库框架；
4、热爱移动产品研发，追求良好的用户体验，愿意在移动开发领域深入钻研并成为专家；
5、有强烈的责任心，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
6、有教培行业客户端开发经验者优先。
7、有flutter和鸿蒙开发经验者优先。
