岗位要求：
1、计算机相关专业，4年以上相关工作经验（本科优秀的可以3年）。
2、精通JAVA编程，熟悉主流设计模式并能熟练应用，掌握JAVA、数据库开发规范。
3、有Python编程经验，并且熟悉常用开源框架，了解市面上常用的智能体。
4、熟悉主流开源框架中间件的使用，比如Springboot、SpringCloud、RocketMQ、Redis等。
5、责任心强、逻辑思维能力佳，良好的沟通表达能力，善于与人沟通、合作，具备有良好的团队合作意识。
6、了解大模型，熟悉AI智能体平台优先。
