淮安市众盟生态农业有限公司创建于2017年元月，位于淮阴、泗阳、沭阳三县交界。落户全国文明村洪北村。公司总投资额近5000万元。打造淮安市*具有规模性新型化种养殖示范基地，养殖占地约60亩，其中牛舍约20000平方米，肉牛年出栏量约2000头左右，牛苗引进新西兰、西班牙、德国优良品种，肉牛饲养采用先进自动化喂养，选用优质无污染高粱、玉米、秸秆等有机农作物，饲养过程采用严格遵守人畜分离，定期消毒，定期防疫，全程监控养殖达到无污染零排放。
周边配套蔬菜、食用菌大棚，果木种植等无公害、无农药、无化肥有机绿色食品，占地约1000亩。
