张家港市凤凰人民医院是张家港市属的集医疗、教育、科研、预防、保健、康复为一体的现代化综合性公立医院。新建医院位于凤凰新城区（映山路北、汉江路西），拟定于2021年5月正式启用，占地面积45亩，建筑面积32000平方米；建设规模为二级综合医院标准，设置床位250张，配备有电子胃肠镜、宾得支气管镜、STORZ腹腔镜、PHILIPS四维心超，迈瑞昆山7彩超、双板悬吊DR、单板DR、钼靶、40排CT、1.5T磁共振等先进设备。新医院将开设呼吸、心血管、消化、内分泌、神经内科、骨科（手足外科）、普外、妇产科、儿科、ICU、五官科、口腔、皮肤、眼科、肛肠科、中医科等临床科室。
