Senhai Water Park has been operating since the summer of 2022, bringing "slides, fantasy ark, and wave pool" into the forest, creating a 300,000-square-meter all-season water-themed park. In 2023, Senhai Water Park was selected as one of the best new parks of 2023 by "Playworld". Senhai Adventure Park, Outdoor Sports Park, Agricultural Fun Park, International Performing Arts Center, International Convention and Exhibition Center, and wellness projects are all under intensive planning, design, and construction.
