职位描述：
1.为新建项目安评、环评等三同时手续办理。
2. 制/修订公司职业健康、应急管理相关制度、相关工作标准及程序、各类应急预案及现场实施方案等，并监督落实；
3. 组织、实施各类职业健康、安全检查，督促消除各种职业健康、安全隐患；
4. 做好职业健康、应急管理相关设备设施（软硬件系统）、个人防护用品PPE日常点检、维护、发放等工作；
5. 制订职业健康、应急管理相关教育培训计划，编写相关教材，并组织实施全员、公司各类专职、兼职安全管理人员职业健康、应急管理教育培训；
6. 做好ERC值守人员日常管理；
7. 组织相关部门、全员开展各类应急演练；
8. 应急管理、卫生管理等政府主管部门检查、会议、定期/不定期报表以及临时布置工作对应以及维保、检测、评价、培训等第三方机构工作对应；
9. 职业危害因素风险评估、检测，个人防护的有效落实；
10.职业健康体检人员管理，包括职业健康体检、档案管理等；
11.公司各部门职业健康、应急管理工作检查、督促；各部门兼职EHS人员工作协助；
12.新增工艺、设备、材料，以及变更管理中的职业健康、应急管理相关内容审核和建议；
13.事故的调查、取证、原因分析、处置及再发防止推广；
14.领导交办的其它工作。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，EHS相关领域5-8年工作经验；
1. 熟知新建项目安评、环评等三同时手续；
2. 熟知职业健康、安全生产相关法律法规、掌握行业内安全管理动态；
3. 熟练掌握化学品、PPE、应急管理等安全相关知识；
4. 熟悉EHS管理标准体系、相关技术知识
5. 有责任心，良好的沟通、组织及协调能力；
6. 能熟练操作办公软件；
