1. 参与公司 AI 产品的后端架构设计与开发；

3. 深度集成各类 AI 能力（如自然语言处理、图片生成、视频生成、语音合成等），并封装为稳定的服务接口；
4. 基于现代基础设施（如 Docker、Kubernetes、CI/CD），提升服务可部署性、可维护性与横向扩展能力；
5. 与产品、前端等多端团队紧密协作，推动 AI 原型能力快速上线与落地验证；
6. 定期总结和分享工作中沉淀的经验和成果；
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先；
2. 熟练掌握 Python，具备良好的系统设计能力和编码规范；
3. 具备 3 年以上后端开发经验，熟悉常见后端技术栈（如 FastAPI/Django/Flask、MySQL/PostgreSQL、Redis、消息队列等）；
4. 熟悉Linux操作系统及开发环境，熟悉容器化（Docker）及服务编排（Kubernetes），有微服务系统设计与部署实践经验；
5. 理解分布式系统原理，具备性能调优与高可用架构经验；
6. 熟悉 AI 应用系统的 API 封装、数据流构建与服务调用，有将 AI 能力集成入业务系统的经验；
7. 有机器学习、深度学习和自然语言处理等项目经验者优先，熟悉pytorch和tensorflow等框架者优先；
8. 具备良好的沟通能力、自我驱动能力与团队协作精神，能胜任快速探索型产品研发节奏。
