岗位职责：
1. 参与负责核心产品及平台的后端设计、开发和优化；
2. 整合机器学习/大模型能力，支持智能服务模块的开发与落地；
3. 对服务性能和数据请求策略进行持续分析与优化；
4. 负责线上服务的查错、运营及智能模块的迭代维护；
5. 完成后端业务逻辑开发，并与技术团队紧密沟通协作；
6. 优化系统性能，解决软件系统关键技术问题，设计核心功能模块；
7. 保障代码质量与项目进度，完成相关日常维护工作。

任职要求：
1. 计算机、软件相关专业，全日制本科及以上学历；
2. 具备Python开发经验，熟悉Python语言特性及常用框架（如Flask、Django等）；
3. 具备机器学习和AI大模型相关开发经验，熟悉常见AI框架（如PyTorch、TensorFlow、LangChain等）；
4. 熟练使用MySQL、PostgreSQL、Redis等数据库，具备主流关系型数据库开发及调优能力；
5. 具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础，熟悉常用设计模式与性能调优方法；
6. 具备良好的业务分析与数据建模能力，有NoSQL/Redis及数据分析经验者优先；
7. 优秀的沟通协调能力，能有效推动跨部门协作；
8. 自我学习与解决问题能力强，主观能动性突出。
