浙江省人民大会堂（浙江国际会议会展中心）是我省重要的政治、经济、文化活动中心，也是省、市党政机关举办各类活动的主要场所。它位于杭州市宝石山麓下，西子湖畔，省行政中心主要区域，主要承担省“四套班子”及其他机关、企事业单位、社会团体等活动的服务保障工作，集会议、演出、展览、影视、餐饮休闲为一体。浙江省人民大会堂现按照现代企业制度的要求，建立公司制运作机制。
