Jiangxi Road & Bridge Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd., formerly known as Jiangxi Hengfeng Construction Engineering Company, was established during enterprise restructuring, division, and structural adjustment as a relatively large construction enterprise mainly engaged in highways, bridges, tunnels and their ancillary facilities (also concurrently engaged in mineral and real estate development). The company has strong tunnel construction capabilities. In early 1999, with the care and support of units and leaders such as the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Transportation and the Highway & Bridge Engineering Bureau, on June 14, 1999, the Jiangxi Provincial Highway & Bridge Engineering Bureau established the Tunnel Engineering Division under the Jiangxi Road & Bridge Engineering Bureau with document "Luqiao Dangfa [1999] No. 18". On June 28, 2001, the Jiangxi Provincial Highway & Bridge Engineering Bureau approved the establishment of "Jiangxi Road & Bridge Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd." with document "Luqiao Dangfa [2001] No. 21". On January 21, 2002, it was approved and registered by the Jiangxi Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce as an independent legal entity, namely "Jiangxi Road & Bridge Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd." Over the past decade or so, the enterprise has grown from nothing to something, from small to large, developing from labor construction and labor contracting to professional contracting, becoming a professional construction team capable of independently undertaking large-scale railway, highway tunnel, bridge, subgrade, and pavement construction. The company has 17 Class-1 Registered Constructors in highway engineering. The company's registered capital is 505.18 million yuan, and the enterprise's net assets are 193 million yuan.
