Jiangling Motors Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangling Motors Holding" or "the Company") is a state-owned enterprise jointly established in November 2004 by Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. and Jiangling Motors Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 2 billion. On June 22, 2021, the Company completed a strategic restructuring. The newly restructured Jiangling Motors Holding Company is 50% owned by Jiangxi Guokong Automobile Investment Co., Ltd., with Changan Automobile and Jiangling Group each holding 25% equity. The Company currently has more than 2,400 employees. Jiangling Motors Holding Company is an important passenger vehicle production base in Jiangxi Province. After 25 years of accumulation, it has mature stamping, welding, painting and assembly processes. Its automated, intelligent and flexible production lines can meet the production needs of fuel, hybrid and pure electric platform models, with a planned production capacity of 150,000 units by 2025 and a production and sales target of 480,000 units during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
