Jiangling New Energy

Jiangxi Jiangling Group New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. was established in early 2015. It is a new enterprise founded by Jiangling Motors Group Co., Ltd. to comply with national industrial policies and the development needs of the new energy vehicle industry, specializing in the R&D, production, sales, and service of new energy vehicles.
At the end of 2016, the company obtained the seventh domestic license for the production of new pure electric passenger vehicles. By the end of September 2017, it became the third enterprise in China to pass the comprehensive review by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and officially obtain the qualification for the production of pure electric passenger vehicles.
In 2020, an energy plant built to Industry 4.0 standards with domestically advanced technology was put into operation, featuring five major processes: stamping, welding, painting, final assembly, and power battery packs. It adopts globally advanced process equipment, with automation rate, energy consumption per unit, and emissions at the industry's leading level, producing high-quality models covering the full range from A00 to A+ class.
In 2021, the third-generation A-class pure electric sedan "Yi" was launched. In 2022, the company started its first year of exports, achieving batch exports to multiple countries and regions in Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
With the corporate vision of "becoming a popularizer of electric vehicles and mobile travel," the company continuously enhances product strength and brand power, develops intelligent and modular platform models for the global market, and builds a new development pattern with domestic circulation as the mainstay and domestic and international dual circulation promoting each other.
