Jiangxi Airlines Co., Ltd. was jointly established with capital contributions from Xiamen Airlines Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Aviation Investment Co., Ltd. The registered capital applied for by the proposed company is RMB 2 billion, with Xiamen Airlines Co., Ltd. contributing RMB 1.2 billion in cash, accounting for 60% of the registered capital; Jiangxi Aviation Investment Co., Ltd. contributing RMB 800 million in cash, accounting for 40% of the registered capital. Wang Lexi, General Manager of the Nanchang Branch of Xiamen Airlines Co., Ltd., serves as the person in charge of the preparation; Hong Bin, Deputy General Manager of the Nanchang Branch of Xiamen Airlines Co., Ltd., serves as the person in charge of flight operations; Yang Jun, General Manager of the Line Maintenance Department of the Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering Department of Xiamen Airlines Co., Ltd., serves as the person in charge of maintenance. The base airport of Jiangxi Airlines Co., Ltd. is Nanchang Changbei International Airport, and its business scope is domestic air passenger and cargo transport. In the initial stage of the company's establishment, professional and technical personnel in flight, maintenance, dispatch, cabin service, safety, transport, and other fields are planned to be introduced from Xiamen Airlines Co., Ltd.
