The company was established in August 2001 with a registered capital of RMB 162 million. It was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in February 2006, and transferred to the Main Board in July 2013 with the stock code 01292. It is a domestic automotive logistics enterprise listed overseas. Its major shareholders include China Changan Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Minsheng Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., and NOL (Neptune Orient Lines) Logistics of Singapore. Changan Minsheng has established long-term cooperative relationships with nearly a thousand domestic and international automobile manufacturers, raw material suppliers, and parts suppliers, including Fortune 500 enterprises such as Southern Group, Changan Automobile, Changan Ford, Baosteel, Schaeffler, Bosch, Webasto, Michelin, and Goodyear. The company provides customers with comprehensive integrated supply chain logistics services and possesses strong comprehensive logistics capabilities. It has 12 subsidiaries and branches and 6 joint ventures nationwide, employing over 8,000 people, and achieved operating revenue of RMB 6.6 billion in 2017.
