Chongqing Wantai Construction (Group) Co., Ltd., registered and established in 2006, currently holds multiple qualifications including: Level 1 General Contracting for Building Engineering Construction, Level 1 General Contracting for Municipal Public Works, Level 1 for Building Decoration and Renovation, Level 2 for Professional Contracting of Building Curtain Wall Engineering, and Level 2 for Professional Contracting of Fire Protection Facility Engineering.
As of now, the enterprise has over 1,500 employees, more than 60 project manager teams, an under-construction area exceeding 18 million square meters, and an annual output value exceeding 10 billion yuan.
Over the past decade or more, it has established good cooperative relationships with first-class domestic enterprises such as Vanke, Longfor, Peking University Resources, Sunac, Seazen, and Jinmao, with ongoing projects distributed across seven central and western provinces and municipalities including Chongqing, Shaanxi, Henan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Sichuan, and Hubei.
