Nanchang Airport Economic Zone Urban Construction Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Airport Urban Investment Group") is wholly owned and established by the Airport Group of ***Ganjiang New Area. Its predecessor was Nanchang Airport Economic Zone Urban Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd., established in September 2014. In July 2017, in order to meet the vigorous development needs after the Airport Economic Zone became the Airport Group of ***Ganjiang New Area, the Party Working Committee of the zone decided to establish Airport Urban Investment Group, with a registered capital of 1.381 billion yuan. By the end of 2017, the company's total assets reached over 10 billion yuan, with 18 subsidiaries. Its business covers land consolidation, infrastructure construction, investment and financing of equity, standard factory buildings, industrial supporting housing, etc. in the park, as well as asset operation, municipal maintenance, property management, bonded logistics, cross-border e-commerce and other service fields.
