岗位职责：
1.负责Android移动端App的开发，根据产品定义及项目计划按时完成开发工作；
2.根据产品开发规范，完成相关技术文档编写；
3.参与需求分析，完成功能模块的设计、开发、单元测试、集成和发布；
4.解决开发过程中遇到的技术问题，配合项目成员完成相关测试工作；
5.承担部分架构设计开发，性能优化工作。
职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，3年以上Android开发经验；
2.具备独立开发APP的能力，至少在工作中独立开发过一个APP(要求面试者展示开发作品)；
3.有自定义控件开发经验；
4.熟悉主流的APP开发架构，能熟练使用MVP模式进行开发；
5.熟练运用设计模式，在项目或产品中有很好的设计实践；
6.具备多线程开发能力；
7.熟练使用AndroidStudio、git等开发工具；
8.具备匠心精神，职业素质，主动学习，对现有架构提出合理化建议，善于沟通和合作。
