小景山庄-海景民宿位于浙江省舟山市嵊泗县五龙乡田岙村。背靠大悲山，面朝太平洋。位于大悲山脚下，距县城菜园镇约5.6公里，离大海约300米。海拔高度约100米。民宿共有14个客房，其中8个是海景房。躺在海景房床上甚至在浴室洗澡都能看到大海。4楼有一超大露台，是一个喝茶、看书、聊天、发呆的休憩场所。民宿南面是东海渔村广场，视野宽广。登斯楼也，则有心旷神怡，宠辱偕忘的意境。
