本公司创建于1954年，前身是衡水地改市之前的衡水市建筑一公司，具有六十多年发展的辉煌历史。在2001年5月因改制更名为衡水金鼎建筑（集团）有限责任公司，2014年10月升级河北金鼎建筑工程集团有限责任公司。现拥有房屋建筑工程施工总承包壹级、装饰装修壹级、钢结构壹级、机电设备安装壹级资质，同时拥有市政公用工程施工总承包贰级、起重设备安装工程专业承包贰级、桥梁工程专业承包贰级、消防设施工程专业承包三级、化工石油设备管道安装工程专业承包三级。集团公司下设土建房地产开发、钢结构、暖通安装、机电设备安装等分支机构。
