医院位于桂平市金田镇，服务金田及桂平郊区周边约30万人口，距离桂平市区25公里。医院占地13亩，建筑面积1.1万平方，开放床位149张，设有急诊、内、外、妇、儿、五官等临床科室6个，现有职工241人，**职称7人，中级职称33人。拥有DR、彩超、胃镜等大中型设备，年门诊人次16万人次，住院0.6万人次。为进一步均衡城乡医疗资源，2014年1月6日，贵港市卫生局同意将其规划为二级综合医院，近年来，在桂平市卫计局的全面统筹、桂平市人民医院的大力支援、桂平市卫生监督所的具体指导下，该院通过加大设备投入，积极培养人才，创新管理模式，于2018年8月2日顺利通过了二级医院综合评审。
