广东四会泰隆村镇银行是由浙江泰隆商业银行作为主发起行，四会当地知名企业参股的一家银行，于2017年12月获得广东银监局批准筹建，2018年4月获得肇庆银监分局开业批复及金融许可证、4月24日取得营业执照，于2018年5月正式开业，具有独立法人性质的银行。
浙江泰隆商业银行股份有限公司是一家致力于小微企业金融服务的商业银行，成立于1993年。目前拥有7000多名员工、近300家分支机构，资产规模达1400亿元，服务范围涵盖浙江、上海、苏州等长三角区域，并延伸至湖北、福建、广东、山西。在2017年中国商业银行竞争力排名中，名列全国千亿级城商行全国排名第二。
