4、具备扎实的数据结构和计算机系统基础，掌握网络体系架构，熟悉常用算法，数据结构以及常用的设计模式；
5、熟练掌握主流服务框架和消息中间件，有SQL、Redis、Kafka等存储中间件的使用经验者优先；
6、能够独立完成设计文档、技术文档和接口文档的编制工作；
7、能够进行中英文交流者优先；
8、具有较强的分析和解决问题的能力，能够主动发现和解决问题；
9、具有良好的学习能力，对工作认真负责并积极主动。
