肇庆兆达光电科技有限公司是一家集光电材料装备研制销售及光电新材料产品销售的高科技光电科技企业，公司成立于2015年10月。兆达光电公司注册资金为1亿元，项目预期总投资为10亿元，其中广东省股权投资资金投入2.2亿元。在2016年起兆达公司在肇庆国家高新技术开发区建设生产基地，*期厂计划在2016年8月正式投入使用。计划在2018年全面完成10亿元的投入。
