岗位职责：
1.负责项目的后端开发与维护工作，确保交付周期和交付质量；
2.负责项目接口设计、概要设计、详细设计；
3.负责后端架构、框架技术设计与实现以及技术难题攻关，确保项目的顺利进行；
4.与前端开发团队紧密合作，实现前后端数据交互和功能集成；
5.深入理解业务需求，分析和发现系统瓶颈，提升系统性能、稳定性；
任职要求：
1.3年以上Java开发经验，具备扎实的Java基础，熟练掌握常见排序、查找、搜索算法、安全算法等，熟悉面向对象特性和设计原则，Java虚拟机、垃圾回收、并发编程和常用设计模式；
2.熟练掌握spring boot、springcloud、spring mvc、mybatis、maven；
3.熟悉TCP/IP、HTTP/HTTPS、DNS协议；
4.熟练掌握mysql、pg数据库，以及达梦等信创数据库，熟练数据库性能调优；
5.熟悉kafka、ElasticSearch、Nginx等常用组件；
6.熟悉devops，CI/CD，docker，k8s等技术；
7.具备独立部署和客户交付能力，有良好的沟通能力；
8.具有较强的代码质量与代码安全思维；
9.吃苦耐劳，有中大型项目开发经验优先；
