Relying on the agricultural cooperative system and utilizing modern financial services and e-commerce technology, Qingdao Yuanhe Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. aims to build a national small-scale cooperative headquarters center, helping rural cooperative initiators complete services such as team management, land transfer, agricultural technical training, and production organization. Through integrated services covering seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, agricultural machinery, tools, and technical guidance, the company serves as an "incubator" for agricultural professional cooperatives. Currently, the company has introduced this project to Qingdao in collaboration with the International Hybrid Rice Engineering and Technology Research Center and Academician Yuan Longping, leveraging Qingdao's advantageous geographical location and favorable business environment to ensure efficient implementation.
The company has established over 300 professional cooperatives in multiple provinces, successfully transferring more than 2 million mu of land. Through the promotion of Yuanhe's existing 8 provincial-level flagship demonstration stores and the Yuan Longping grain-growing competition, it plans to integrate 3 million mu of customers into the Yuanhe cooperative system in 2013, providing a market foundation for cooperative development. Within 3 years, the company aims to develop 10,000 small cooperatives and transfer 10 million mu of land. Within 5 years, it will cover 7% of the market share in agricultural input procurement for major crops nationwide and 5% of the agricultural product sales market.
