4.精通Spring、Springboot、Spring Cloud.MyBatis, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Zookeeper,Dubbo等常用开源框架及中间件；
5.熟悉分布式缓存、消息、搜索等相关技术，例如：zookeeper、redis、kafkaelasticsearch等；
6.熟悉大流量、高并发、高性能的分布式系统的设计及应用，擅长性能调优者优先；
7.思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题，较强的表达和沟通能力，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神和承受压力的能力
8.有互联网大厂、用户、支付、云平台等业务交付经验优先；
