1、美术、平面设计、数字媒体艺术等相关专业专科以上学历，具有从事两年以上手机、移动互联网等相关行业UI工作经验者优先。
2、要求从业人员精通Photoshop、Illustrator、Flash等图形软件，html、Dreamweaver等网页制作工具，能够独立完成静态网页设计工作。
3、熟练操作常用办公软件，且具备其它软件应用能力。
4、对UI设计有良好的认知和深刻的理解，有人机交互设计经验
5、熟悉H5，CSS等网页设计，网站搭建。
6、具备良好的审美能力、深厚的美术功底，有较强的平面设计和网页设计能力。
7、有大型网站搭建、网页布局、图标设计者可放宽条件。
