成立于1995年，总部位于四川省成都市新都工业开发区，下设五大事业部，100多家分子公司，其中5家海外子公司。公司复合肥年产能500万吨，纯碱、氯化铵60万双吨，硝酸钠及亚硝酸钠10万吨，盐硝90万吨、品种盐40万吨、食用氯化钾6万吨、磷酸一铵44万吨、黄磷6万吨，总资产超90亿元。
