- 设计和构建自动化部署、升级、监控能力，持续提升系统稳定性和可扩展性
- 参与基础设施领域新技术探索及落地，如资源调度、多云管理等
- 与数据库内核团队、云平台团队及产品团队协作推进产品落地

岗位要求
- 3 年及以上后端研发经验，熟悉 Golang 或 Java，具备独立设计和开发系统模块的能力
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历
- 良好的逻辑思维和问题拆解能力，能独立推动技术方案从设计到落地
- 熟悉常用数据结构与设计模式，有良好的代码品味和工程习惯
- 熟悉网络基础（TCP/IP、HTTP/HTTPS），了解分布式系统基本原理
- 加分项：熟悉 Kubernetes、IaC 工具（Terraform 等）、主流云厂商服务；英文可作为工作语言
