公司承担苏州工业园区行政区域内自来水、污水厂网建设和运行管理，为园区经济、社会发展和人民生活提供一体化的水务服务。自来水水质自2007年7月起执行水质《生活饮用水卫生标准》（GB5749-2006）；污水处理后的尾水出水水质自2008年1月执行江苏省《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》（DB32/T1072-2007）。2008年通过香港品质保证局ISO9001:2008质量管理体系、ISO14001:2004环境管理体系、OHSAS18001:2007职业健康安全管理体系的认证，2015年通过香港品质保证局ISO55001:2014资产管理体系认证，2015年通过香港品质保证局ISO10002:2014投诉处理管理体系认证。2014年获得了***高新技术企业称号。
