L'Oréal Group's Operations Division is a large family of 43 factories. L'Oréal Asia Pacific Operations includes 6 factories, two of which are in China, located in Suzhou, Jiangsu and Yichang, Hubei respectively. The other four are located in Japan, India (two), and Indonesia. L'Oréal factories utilize advanced equipment, technology, and raw materials, following principles of scientific rigor, rationality, and safety, to execute processes such as production, processing, procurement, packaging, logistics, and routine management, strictly ensuring that every product manufactured meets the same high quality as products from other global factories.
L'Oréal Suzhou Shangmei Factory is located in the Singapore Industrial Park, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. The Group's total investment in the factory has reached USD 99 million, making it L'Oréal Group's skincare production base in the Asia Pacific region. The company employs nearly 600 staff and primarily produces products of brands such as L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline, Yue Sai, Matrix, and Magic Masks, covering four major categories: skincare, facial masks, shampoo and conditioner, and hair coloring. Our products not only meet the needs of the domestic Chinese market but are also exported to Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and other overseas markets. In 2007, the second phase expansion was completed and put into use, doubling production capacity. In 2015, the third phase expansion was completed, bringing the factory area to 60,000 square meters.
