技术要求：
1.精通JAVA编程，熟练掌握常用技术框架，如spring、springboot、springcloud、Redis、MQ等
2.熟练掌握常用的关系型数据库如(Mysql、Postgreql等)
3.熟悉分布式、微服务架构，以及常用的中间件如RocketMQ，Redis，Es等
其它：
1.有分布式/微服务相关开发经验优先
2.有分销/pos系统开发经验优先
3.善用AI工具提升工程开发效率与质量，加分项
